First-loss protection

explorador's capital stands in front of investors. Losses hit the first-loss tranche, and senior only once it is used up.

A buyer walks away and leaves €2,000.00 of carried debt. After the 180-day grace period it is written off:

Absorbs the full €2,000.

Every escritura adds explorador's half (€7,500.00 in the example) to the first-loss tranche, and outstanding debt can never exceed 10× its size.
